SKIDROW – Game Corona Blossom Vol.1 Free Download is Nekopara meets E.T. Corona Blossom Vol.1 Gift From the Galaxy Full Version is a good kinetic novel with a good story and likable characters. Like Nekopara this series will be released in volumes and also features the e-mote system. It has many science fiction elements, such as space travel, mech-suits, and otherworldy travelers.

I’ll be fairly straightforward and mention that while I like Visual Novels as a medium, there’s few of them that I’ve managed to get myself through due to personal conditions. Most of the time I’ll pick one up, play for a few hours and then take a break – which can last a few years at worst.
Grisaia was the first Visual Novel that managed to captivate me to the point that I just didn’t want to stop playing, so I was ecstatic when I saw the opportunity to back FrontWing on Indiegogo to get Corona Blossom to the western audiences.
The first thing that struck me was how alive characters felt during conversations – this was much due to the new character sprite models which instead of just showing off a few expressions, move and talk during conversations. I hope we’ll see more of this tech used in future Visual Novels.
As for the actual Visual Novel itself, I enjoyed it. Maybe not as much as Grisaia, but to be fair Corona Blossom Vol.1 Gift From the Galaxy Full Version is too short to be able to stand a chance in that regard, but it might once the rest of the volumes come out. I enjoyed playing through it, it felt like Vol.1 was mostly set up to let everyone get to know the characters, to move on to the deeper end of things once you play Vol.2 and beyond. I just finished it, and I am definitely looking forward to the next release.
Would I recommend it to anyone? Yes, I’d recommend it to just about anyone with any kind of interest in Visual Novels.
