Review Game Blasphemous
Fantastic game that is definitely worth the buy. Game play, graphics, and story were all very good and I especially loved the unique, dark and violent Catholic-like theme. Another thing I loved was the imaginative and vast enemy/location variety.
The one and only issue I’d say I had with the game was that I encountered a specific bug at least 2-3 times. This would occur in specific areas where I died, mainly fall deaths, where when I went back to the area of my death to clear the guilt penalty, the statue you pick up to erase it would stay hovering in the air and would not be retrievable.
In conclusion, it’s because of games like this that I have not totally lost faith in the video game industry. Though many AAA games have mainly become nothing but corporate/garbage cash grabs, we luckily still have incredible developers like these to make creative and fun works of art like this. 9.5/10
