i'm running the game..but the game still in japanese.. how to activate the english patch?

For those having problems with opening the game and getting a syntax error instead, just change your system locale to Japan in your PC's control panel.
To use the english patch, copy and paste the patch file from the english patch folder into the folder with the game application.
I'm having trouble installing the game. It just gives me an error and a virus threat and then nothing. It won't let me run the application either. If it does as admin, it starts messing up and that's about it. Can someone please help me? I don't know what's going on. I would appreciate it!
