For some reson i can't get it to install. I unpack it with 7-zip but i only get a few files and not all of them. Any suggestion on what is happening? Got a friend of mine who did the same thing and it worked flawlessly for him.
1. Download (read FAQ for tutorial)
2. Run Sakura Swim Club.exe and install
3. Sorry, for play this game, you must open install directory and run Sakura Swim Club.exe

Did manage to install it but it just does not start anyway now. I did install the other thing that was suggested higher up in this thread but that did nothing :/
