Story Blackish House:

SKIDROW Repacks – Manor Lords is a colony/settlement sim mixed with a medieval battle strategy game. Full Version game Manor Lords is now available for free download today. This game rocks. It’s a very nice mix of total war/AOE/other to make a great, unique strategy city builder. The developer really seems to care for the game they are making and are providing quick patches and updates. Finally, a medieval city builder that doesn’t lock everything to a grid. Manor lords positively ooze authenticity. Watching my villagers go from rags, too. slightly fancier rags instill me with a sense of pride I have not felt from another game in a long time. From the first tree you fell, the first harvest collected, the first soldier slain defending his home; Everything adds to the compounding emotional investment in YOUR settlement.

I attribute this to the fact that this game basically has zero menus or spreadsheet management windows. If you want to manage your village, you have to manually fly around and assign people to their stations. In turn you will familiarize with every nook and cranny of your growing town, watching every event unfold and endearing you to the peasants under your thumb in the process. Some might see this as a detriment, but for roleplaying nerds like me it is a godsend, and a design choice I hope stays for good. This is a splendid foundation which has the potential to become an all-time great. I eagerly await future updates.
