Ghost Blade HD Full Version is an intense bullet-hell shoot ’em up game, with satisfying and addictive score-based gameplay. Great game at a great price. Knowing there are 5 levels and the first level being so short, I was thinking oh no, going to be a short game. Not quite the case, its not too short, but not too long either. A lot of action and bullets. There are 2 things that annoy me a little though, but this is completely subjective, many like this in a shoot ’em up, is slowdown during heavy bullet scenes (but can be disabled in the options, thank you kindly) and the 3 coins per play.

I can understand 3 credits per play on normal and above, just not easy. But don’t get me wrong, this a very good title, it’s a back to basics arcade shoot ’em up with a pretty cool scoring system. Three different pilots to choose from, essentially all the same except for different shot patterns. Lots of power ups, giving you massive destructive abilities. 3 button scheme, regular shot, focus shot and bomb. Although it doesn’t have it, a story mode would be a welcome addition considering it’s already got fan service, but then the price would have been twice as much most likely. I love shoot ’em up but don’t really follow consoles, but from what I see this is an awesome console port at a very very reasonable price. If you are new to Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3, it’s a team fighting game. Clashing between Capcom universe and Marvel Comics universe If you haven’t played the previous MvC series, this is probably the entry I would recommend.

The best fighting game. But a lot of people would prefer MvC 2 because of the rosters are huge and the combat is solid. But still this is my favorite fighting game series to date. Combat system is what this game truly shines. Air combos are cool, then pulling off some sick special moves each of your team when doing combos. They have the Heroes and Heralds, which is simply a card game, just to collect all 100. I haven’t give it a try. I don’t know if Multiplayer is stable because according to customers, the netcode is horrible, so I will give it a shot. The art style is simple and cool. The biggest downside is lack of offline game modes (I want Time Attack, Survival, maybe Ghost Battle from Tekken series to improve your rank and a 1v1). This game would definitely be my time killer as well or just waiting for Tekken 7 and MvC Infinite to come out. If you are a fan of fighting games like me, grab this game.

It’s easily one of my favourite Visual Novels and even favourite games of all time already. I would’ve gladly paid full price for just the prologue and am unbeliably exicited for what’s to come.
