I like this game very much. It is enjoyable and not too hard to play. The mini games are interesting and intriguing. The graphics and audio are impressive. I like the storyline. An old Count wishes to be young again and doesn’t care about the consequences. If he only knew that turning back the clock can be detrimental to your health and mental stability. Some people just cannot be happy with themselves and get on with enjoying their lives. The Count is allowing his vanity to cloud his judgement and what he doesn’t realise, is that, for every reaction, there is an equal and opposite reaction. I would not like to be in his shoes when it all comes crashing down around him. He should know that good always wins over evil. There are some beautiful ghost ladies that want their revenge. He had better watch is back. This an enjoyable series with maps, collectables, HOS and quite a few characters to keep it interesting. This game runs well, I haven’t encountered any serious bugs, to move around and shoot and interact with the world it doesn’t feel terribly different from far cry 4. I will say that finally not being an nvidia title, it seems to run more smoothly than far cry 4. With a stock clocked Ryzen 5 1600 and an RX 480 8gb , at standard clock speeds, it runs at around 72 fps , on a mix of ultra and normal, 99% of the time, which to be honest, was something I was concerned about. everything looks really sharp, people are whining about the story being meh, but it’s better than far cry 4’s , with about the same level of moral ambiguity. the game isn’t broken, they implemented some microtransactions that appear to be pay-to-skip, and it’s only in the shop menu’s off to the side, easily ignored for the most part. Lovely story and really interesting characters. The art Sounds of Verity Full Version is gorgeous and the CGs are beautiful! I liked the different endings and that some of them just sneak up on you and surprise you. I do believe though that the VN is too short. I did all the different endings in about 4-5h and I wished that there was more. I’m looking forward to what Violet Feature is going to create next.
