This is a fun Otome game. The mc could do with being a bit stronger in some of the routes but if you’ve been playing these types of games for a while then you know that’s a given. Regardless, she does have some routes where she’s very strong and accomplished. All the characters are well voiced right down to the side characters and I honestly enjoyed listening to everyone (except maybe the Lord of the land because omg that freaken laugh was the worst!) I do wish that I had been aware of the playthrough order that is recommended to combat the angst two of the routes have though. Mostly I would have to advise splitting up Chojirou and Gekkamaru as they are the most depressing (though personally I still really enjoyed Chojirou best even though it made me cry for four hours straight) The artwork is great and even though the stories will have similarities and common ground there will always be some aspect of it that is different from the other routes. 9/10 would recommend playing.

Stellaris Utopia Full Version was already an amazing 4x game, and Utopia takes everything that made the base game fun and expands on it heavily. Old mechanics have been reworked to be more fun and interesting, entirely new mechanics have been added to allow for more ways to play and deeper customization of your Empire, and everything just feels intuitive and fluid. There’s a lot more to work towards now too, with the new Tradition and Ascendancy systems giving you access to trees and traits that you can work through instead of having to set up your empire to get the best RNG chances possible for the stuff you want. The Technology system is still RNG based, but there’s enough that isn’t now that it makes the parts that are much more tolerable.

The game still suffers from the issue with mid-game being uneventful and boring, but there’s enough to do aside from just sitting on and hoarding resources during that time period now that it feels more eventful. End-game still suffers from its optimization issues but they are much better than they were.
