Review NEKOPARA Extra Full Game : My new favorite in the series. NEKOPARA Extra is a short but sweet addition to the series about the childhood of Chocola, Vanilla and the other catgirls. The game focuses on chocola & vanilla’s hard time opening up to Kashou, Shigure and the other catgirls, they then slowly evaporate this anxiety away, and spend their first christmas together with the others. Review Game Grisaia Phantom Trigger Vol.5 Full Version : The best of the five volumes! I always found Grisaia PT to be lacking, But this one was the best one. It feels like playing the original trilogy again. Yuuki and Murasaki story is probably my favorite so far, but my favorite part was that it included Haruto more than the other 4 novels. The story is short but I enjoyed every part of it, and that was the vital part. If you felt like the past four volumes were just “ok” this one is at least a step further. My only complain will be the unnecessary parts that don’t contribute to the plot, for example when they start getting too much into “guns” or “food,” I understand the concept, but they go so far it feels like they are making the voice actors read Wikipedia articles to fill space and that bothers me. If you are going to include information that seems unnecessary you need to mark the importance of what they said for the next scene. None likes filler dialogue, for example, like when talking about what food they dislike for 15 minutes. The novel is already too short to be putting this filler dialogues. Lucky for us, they only did it twice in this volume and everything else was incredibly entertaining for me. Review Game Starlight Drifter Full Version : A very good game with enormous replay potential due to the “size” of its universe and the number of characters involved. The character art and design is fun and has an excellent sense of emotion and gesture and fits well with the story arc. The story has a few very short places where it does turn linear but this is almost unavoidable in a storytelling game of this size and the linear sections are not jarring or unbelievable. There is a great deal of material and detail available which allows the player to deduce further details and clues about the story universe based on what has already been found or learned as they progress through the story, pointing to the creators’ good handle on the universe that their story creates and their care for their product. Truthfully, my only wish would be for this already very large game to have even more content, not because it is lacking but rather because of the desire to follow the story even further. Review Game No Man’s Sky NEXT Full Version : A couple of years ago when the game came out, it came out with high expectations, but was met with a low reception. Mainly because of promises broken. I personally didn’t buy it because it didn’t look that great, and it didn’t have the depth. This past spring I saw reviews, and highlights of improvements made, then the accouncement of the NEXT update, I decided to buy the game. The before and after with the NEXT update was huge. The graphics are great, textures look great as well, not cartoon like as before. The financial mechanic is great. From 2 years ago to today, a huge leap. Unlike other developers, this one didn’t give up, and pushed forward. Maybe EA needs to take a page of hello games book.
